This online course on Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) is designed to help employees, contractors, and volunteers identify and manage the risks associated with workplace violence. The course raises awareness of the varying levels of risk linked to violence and aggression in the workplace and highlights the potential physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of such incidents.
